Consulting family members about refinancing reverse mortgages
When I have considered re-mortgaging in the past, I have had to speak to all my family members to make sure I had my head screwed on correctly. Without their help I am sure I would have made many bad decisions whether it was about refinancing or a reverse mortgage. Lately, I have been thinking about a reverse mortgage and to be honest I have not been so sure about the whole process. I know it is similar to a mortgage refinance but without having to pay any of the money back until I die. This appeals to me a lot more than your typical refinance as I can’t afford mortgage repayments.
